New Harrison Ford private signings!!!

Harrison Ford seems to keep warming up to the idea of autographs. For a few years now, Harrison has shown that he is not only one of the best actors in history, he is also one of the best signers too.

While he has been signing at every event and appearance he shows up at, he has been increasing his private signings too.

Those photos are the classics and the quality of the items and Harrisons signatures from these signings are PERFECT!  I have ordered from the Official Pix signings each time Harrison has signed. I ordered the Indiana Jones 11x14 for this signing as well. 

The 1st two Harrison signings for Official Pix sold out in mere seconds ( 13 I think ). 

Thanks for doing this Mr. Ford!  You show why you are the GREATEST!!

27x40 signed movie posters? They sure got some premium items signed. Going for premium prices. It looks like Harrison Ford's autograph is more cleaned up than I remember it. Maybe he is warming up to autographs.

I was thinking I might make the plunge for one until I saw the price.

OMG.

I was thinking they might be $100 - $150. Not 5 times that.

Yeah, the price is just a little too high for my liking.  I had a Han Solo photo in my cart during the Official Pix sale the other day, and then I changed my mind.  If we could add inscriptions, then maybe.  But I'll be content with my Indy pic I got from AW years ago.

Found a Crystal Skull photo from one of the earlier Official PiX signings on ebay - cool photo and less than the current signings.

I just find it hard to believe the market will sustain that price. I've seen the same thing with many celebrities. They begin signing through some official channel and the price is high because there is a demand and people are willing to pay nosebleed prices because they have been waiting so long.

Then, the celebrity continues to sign. Within a year, the initial price is way more than market value.

Only problem is - and maybe it's just me - it looks like his autograph for the Coolwaters stuff is a tad more rushed than his rather nice autographs from the last couple Official Pix signings.

Just an FYI - Coolwaters had a great Black Friday sale last year (33 - 50 % off if I remember correctly).  I'm not sure if they're planning on doing the same this year, and I kind of think that it might not apply to the Ford items.

Derrick at coolwaters is a great guy. I enjoyed spending time with him when we had his people at Adventure Con. He is the Godfather of Harrison's private signings. He was the 1st person to make it happen and it changed the hobby for me since Harrison is my hero.

I'll post photos of my Official Pix Harrison autographs this week-end.
