I don't know if it's real or not, but you can get a full, clear Johnny Cash signature for $50-$75 easy. Why buy anything less?
Id agree with that.  Why have an abnormal signature when you can have a nice one?

As a friend of Johnny Cash's good friend Bill Miller ( who runs Johnnycash.com ) I can say 100% that this is likely not authentic.  If you don't find help here, or want to buy authentic Johnny Cash autographs, contact bill at Johnnycash.com  He will be more than happy to help.

There are no $50 Johny Cash autographs there though.

Was I too low on Cash cuts and index cards?
What about a signature card?  Is $50 too low?
This is a no, no..... There is a lot of genuine Johnny Cash autographs out there. I know that back in the days he could sign 100 album if you put them in front of him. I got him 3 times and he was always a true hero.

Sorry Mike, but probably not good. I got one in person when I owned a music store in the 80's. This one is no way close to the one i got.

Hey mike...as a Cash fan and an auto collector myself I started looking into purchasing a Johnny Cash for my collection but the ones I saw don't look nothing like this one in particular....I cant say for sure but I know for certain the examples I seen in the past look nothing like this
I have seen so many variations with the autographs/signatures regarding Johnny Cash its hard to tell. This is a genuine example I have that I stumbled upon years ago...long story and there was some nay sayers regarding the authenticity of this autograph until I was told by a highly respected authority on Johnny's autographs.

This is authentic....If you need the JC expert opinion though, contact Bill Miller at Johnnycash.com

Johnny NEVER had a consistent autograph.

Thank you Brandon for the reply... It was Bill Miller who kindly verified this. What would this bring to a serious collector... kind of ashamed to say I am looking to depart from it :(

JC autograph prices range all over the place. I would think that a signed book would bring less than a photo or other flat. Sadly, this book even less than his autobiography.  I have the same book signed by Johnny and I have been offered as little as $200 and as high as $300 from collector friends.  It's not for sale  though :) LOL!

You can go to Bill's Johnny Cash store  ( Johnycashstore.com I think ) and see what he charges for JC autographs. That may give you a better idea.
