Opinions on Harrison ford and Carrie fisher please??

HI all I am relatively new to this site and this if my first post. I try my best to do research before buying and i have found this site very useful so thanks to all but was wondering if i could please get some opinions of 2 items.

From what i have seen i believe the fisher is potentially not good as the a in carrie and the whole fisher looks wrong to me but wanted a second opinion.

With the ford my gut says it not quite right but any opinions on both would be greatly appreciated.
