Ordered signed photos from Universal Autograph Collectors Club (UACC)

 

 I ordered two items from the UACC. One signed 8×10 signed photo of Bai Ling and a signed card by Wolfgang Petersen on April 16, 2020. They haven't shipped my items yet. Emailed their custom service three days ago. No reply yet. Does anyone here have any experience with the UACC as an organization?

Did you buy these from a UACC member or a Registered UACC Dealer? There can be a large difference sometimes.

 Just an update. I emailed Mr. Wittnebert through the email you provided. Unfortunately I also got no reply. I filed a dispute on PayPal on April 30. UACC did not even reply to Paypal. So PayPal issued a refund to me (May22). Although happy that I got a refund I'm still disappointed with the UACC because it was my first purchase of celebrity autographs.

I myself tried to buy from the UACC store but it didn't  give me an option  to buy.  That was a while ago.  The UACC  is not as active as it was in the 80s and 90s.
