Hello, I have my eye on this and wonder if I could get some opinions?

Thanks in advance!

This discussions needs more experienced Beatles collector input.

Here’s the only one I have in my exemplar file.

There are strong similarities, particularly with Ballrooms and the Tracks, but I still see the same differences with the OP.

Eric,

I removed the bottom of the P loops on each and the tops of the 'A's to show how similar the shapes of the P, A, and connections to the U are otherwise, as are the rest of the autographs. I removed the underscores so I could get the autographs closer to each other.

Hi Steve.

I still see the same things even with the differences chopped out. The form and connections to, of and from the "u" (the blue appears reaching over to the right from the "a" in normal orientation), the "Cc", what comes right after the "a" in "McCartney". This is clipped unless you click on it.

Your upside-side down comparisons show even more clearly that they are both in the same handwriting, Eric.

I can see what you see. That method has not failed me yet. They are atypical - in this thread these two signatures have gone from good to forgery to tech assisted mechanical reproductions back to good for more than one person. That is not a slam dunk in my book. I don't like them and would simply avoid something that causes that spectrum of reactions, as I always try to do. This is just not one I would collect.

The blue one is a tech-assisted reproduction in my opinion with authentic McCartney characteritics.

Clearly, I can't keep up with this right now. Apologies.

looks good
