Last USA tour and he was signing his full name neatly on a Beatles album?  Major red flag for me.

And they don't say where it was signed, just on tour?

That's not the one being asked about in the OP. It's eBay's suggestioned listing since the one being asked about ended. It's better than the one in the OP but not real in my opinion either.
