You have no replies yet, I don't think you can be offering this yet in the other thread you just started unless Steve cleared it. For one thing the rules stipulate that the sales post/discussion must be linked to this and there is nothing even here, You also did not list your policies etc as necessary etc.

Eric I am not sure I follow.  The rules state that without a coa I have to post here for opinions which is what I am doing.  I thought the could run simultaneously.  wasn't sure if I had to wait for a certain amount of replies.  Either way i will remove it form the for sale until I get some opinions, I guess What do you mean " I didn't list my policies"?  THanks for the help

They can't be simultaneous - what would be the point? The first thread is to make sure the second thread is warranted and safe for members. The rules for selling - perhaps they have been updated. I'd read them again.

Thanks Eric..Yeah the rules don't really state either way.  Your point makes sense, but what if I get one reply from someone who doesn't know what they are talking about.  I just figured it was for full transparency.  either way I can wait

Autographs that are not authenticated by a generally accepted third-party authenticator (TPA) or private signing company must first be posted for authenticity opinions in our Is This Autograph Real? forum or another forum on Autograph Live unless approved by Community Manager Steve Cyrkin first. If he approves it, please say so in the listing. If authenticated on Autograph Live, please post a link to it.

Well, it says "...must first...", but the addition of the words "...before being posted for sale..." might be helpful. As for the rest I follow these rules literally when I sell. It does say you must "...State the length and terms of your guarantee..." in a meaningful way..etc. and so I do.

And when I list it in the buy/sell trade section I will. I am listing here first. Thanks for the help

You are most welcome. :)

This is one odd McCartney. I think that there's a good chance Paul actually signed it, but I think that it will always be controversial.

If members that know McCartney feel comfortable with it, then paying market value is A-OK.

If an authenticity question may hang over its head for a long time, be especially careful.

I look forward to hearing what other members say.

Thanks Steve.  I appreciate your input.

+1 to Steve. Read my mind.

It reminds me of this one here, but this was signed in 1965

It does indeed. This seems a problem...apart from the disturbing overlay, the OP looks more hesitant now.
