Mystery solved concerning my last discussion!

Here's an example from Caiazzo's website of Paul's handwriting of the word "Beatles." Look carefully at the "t" in "Beatles:"

Now, here is the "t" compared to the "t" from the McCartney autograph I posted:

I'm sorry to say that I don't think this comparison constitutes strong proof.  I'd love to hear Frank Caiazzo's opinion on your autograph.  If it's genuine its a bit of an outlier, and he'd be the one to confirm it.

Look how slowly drawn the line is leading up to the t.

I'm going to get Roger's opinion. I'll let you know what he says.

I have never seen an authentic example of Paul signing the t in his last name like that. Look at the way he writes 'all the best' on that album cover...he writes his t's differently in his writing than when he signs his name.

FB,

Please post a link in the original discussion leading to this one. Generally it's best not to start a new discussion in cases like these.

No problem, Steve.

I heard back from Roger. It's no good.

Oh well...For a moment, it looked promising. You live and learn.

Thanks for everyone's feedback.
