Paul McCartney & Wings signed items

Signed LP cover from Wings Of Speed and a signed birthday card multi signed by Wings and a few unidentified people . Apparently it came from when the band stayed in a hotel in Vancouver , Canada while on tour there. 
Any opinions on these items and a value ?

They both look real to me. Value kinda tough since there are signatures of people who aren't in Wings and it's crowded (especially the birthday card). Perhaps around $1000 each?

I agree. Both look real to me too, with a few drawbacks that make it a bit tough to estimate what they’re worth.

This sold today for £3200 plus buyers premium .
