I don’t think so either. It looks like the forgery style discussed here. This is the first time I’ve seen it on a tour program.

I have 30 of these tourbooks on stock (unsigned) - so this is a cheap item to add a fake signature on for this faker.

Actually they are very good - some of these styles exist. But this guy makes one consistent error.
