Pet Shop Boys - Nonetheless Signed Choice of Album + Limited Edition Print New Album

Pet Shop Boys announced the forthcoming release of their brand new studio album, “Nonetheless”, on Parlophone Records on April 26.
The album can now be pre-ordered, which (for Europe and UK stores) will also give access to priority tickets for a very special run of five PSB shows at London’s Royal Opera House from July 23 – 27. The first single from the album, “Loneliness”, is available digitally now and will be released as a CD single on February 16. Link to pre-order and listen below.
Limited Edition Print: Hand numbered out of 1,500 worldwide. Printed on 270gsm card. 500mm x 550mm.

How good is Warner Music to resolve any order issues?

I had a partial of my deluxe edition bundle that they didn't package, I had it delivered Saturday saved opening for my birthday today and found they failed to package one if the items in the bundle.

Hopefully they'll be able to mail out a replacement, what's everyone's experience with getting missing items replaced? Shocking really with the price of delivery to fail to ensure an order is sent complete. It was all wrapped in the blue mailing bag with the tube and box envelope inside. I got the poster print inside the tube but they didn't package the envelope correctly and I'm missing the signed card.

Horrible experience that they'd overlooked that one item. I live in the town they decided to call themselves the pet shop boys too. Hopefully they'll find it and mail it to me.
