I would greatly appreciate some Opinions about Piece Of The Past Authentications.

Recently, I sent in a few autographs for review.  Their website says "review results in 24 hours or they are free."  After 2 weeks of waiting for the results, I called them to check the status of my order. No one answered the phone. I left a polite message asking about my order.  After calling 3 times on three separate days with no response, I got the results, via email, of the reviews along with a message saying they didn't want my business anymore. 

So I've been banned for calling to check the status of my order after waiting for 2 weeks. Their website also says "Call if you have any questions."  Bottom line, I got banned for following their directions. And they didn't refund my money for not meeting their stated policy of "results in 24 hours or they're free." I didn't want the money back.  I just wanted to check the status of my order.

 Anyway, my question is:  Are their authentications any good?  Plus, I would like to get some opinions about the company in general.
