Piece Of The Past Authentications, yeah, or nay.

Hi,

I would greatly appreciate some Opinions about Piece Of The Past Authentications.

Recently, I sent in a few autographs for review. Their website says "review results in 24 hours or they are free." After 2 weeks of waiting for the results, I called them to check the status of my order. No one answered the phone. I left a polite message asking about my order. After calling 3 times on three separate days with no response, I got the results, via email, of the reviews along with a message saying they didn't want my business anymore.

So I've been banned for calling to check the status of my order after waiting for 2 weeks. Their website also says "Call if you have any questions." Bottom line, I got banned for following their directions. And they didn't refund my money for not meeting their stated policy of "results in 24 hours or they're free." I didn't want the money back. I just wanted to check the status of my order.

Anyway, my question is: Are their authentications any good? Plus, I would like to get some opinions about the company in general.

I didn't realize that they were also involved in doing "authentication" reviews.

You might want to search "Piece Of The Past" here on AL to see some earlier postings about them. Not the best of experiences as shared by many members over the years.
