Same hand. Self education is the way to go. Only you have a vested interest in protecting you.

Go to the police and tell them. The europen prosecutors work together. Do it fast before GB is not in the EU anymore.

I did something similar with a italien seller (I am from germany) and never thought I would see on cent of a bad purchase. But as soon as he got a letter from the italien prosecutor he was more then happy to solve the case.

Hi BlackisBlack,

I was just agreeing with the others - I meant that you will look out for you better than anyone else. After all, it is your collection and your money. :)

paypal is 180 days correct

because ur overseas .u might have good laws on fraud .file a claim and a police reprt go after him through the law I think thats ur only recourse

BlackisBlack,

I'm sorry you were taken by Stiffs123. Thanks for reporting him to eBay. You may not have any recourse—I hope you do—but they may take action against him, especially if there are other complaints.

Good job, BlackisBlack!

You are showing collectors how to stand up for themselves. Thank you!

+1 Excellent!!! Well done!
