With the recent release of the films Rise of the Planet of the Apes and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes I have rediscovered my interest in the Planet of the Apes films.  I even enjoy the 2001 Tim Burton Planet of the Apes film.  I therefore thought that it would be a nice idea to create a discussion for fans of Planet of the Apes to post any autographs that they may wish to share that are related to the films or anything else concerning Planet of the Apes.  This also includes the 1974 Planet of the Apes television series and the 1975-1976 Return to the Planet of the Apes animated series.  I’ll get it started with a couple of items that I recently purchased from Skyline Signatures.  The first is an Andy Serkis autograph and the second is a James Franco autograph.

I have many people from these films over the years. Have not seen the new one yet, but it looks great.

That is awesome James.  Please post some images when you get a chance if you don't mind.  I would love to see them.  I should soon have a Gary Oldman autograph to post as well.  Dawn is incredible.  Go see it.  The franchise has not looked this good since I was a child.

LOL...i wish James Franco would do some conventions so I could get some signatures

That is not very likely to happen AJ.

I own the entire original Plant Of The Apes movie collection.  I could never bring myself to watch any other "Planet Of The Apes" movies.

Same goes with Star Trek.  I have never watched a single episode of any other Star Trek except the original series.

You really should bring yourself to watch both the new Planet of the Apes and Star Trek films.  I think that more fans of the original Planet of the Apes films are happy with the new Planet of the Apes films than fans of the original Star Trek television series are happy with the new Star Trek films.  Please let me know if you ever get around to seeing any of them.  I would love to know what you think.

Im not as big a fan of the new trek movies but I consider Enterprise the best of the series. I did enjoy the new apes movie also.

If you like the new films, Tom Felton should be an easy one to add to the collection, as he does conventions quite frequently.  Nice guy, too.

Thanks Rich.

Helena Bonham Carter / Mark Wahlberg

Very nice.  I feel like I am the only person who actually enjoyed that film.  I even own some of the action figures, including Ari and Captain Leo Davidson.
