Please help on my mantle!

Well I'm new here and read I think every thread on real and fake mantles and let me tell you my mind is blown lol. I'm thinking this is fake but to the untrained eye like mine it looks good. Any help would be appreciated and if it is fake what are the tell tale signs so I know for future items. Thanks everyone.

Well, it's not the "banana" type of forgery that is often seen. I actually think this one might be real. But I must defer to the much better Mantle authorities on this site.
