Looks like the same hand, but it's hard to tell because of the blue ink on darker surfaces.

Not to mention it's in a plastic sleeve that adds to the glare. I suspect that's part of a strategy.

I'd love to hear the seller's explanation of how/why he used a blue Sharpie to get the entire cast of this film. This decidedly doesn't look like it was signed in 1986, so whoever got this tracked down all these people over the years with the worst pen selection possible? Okay.

That aside, it looks like someone just printed up a photo and scribbled on it.

100% - not worth the paper it was printed on.
