PSA/DNA, JSA or GA

Just got a Gotham poster off ebay cast signed. Did a quick opinion through PSA and GA

Came back from PSA likely not genuine and from GA likely genuine. Compared signatures to known PSA certified ones and they look legit to me.

Soon as I get this in I would like to send out to get authenticated. Who do you recommend?

Updated this down below. Thanks for your opinion. I do see a smudge on the donogal and I did compare signatures to known legits. Let me know what you think of the history or what signature/signatures you think look off.

I would agree with Pete here and seek a refund as I do not think this is real. Far too clean and neat for my liking and I agree with PSA here

Okay I will give some background on this The guy that was selling this only deals in comic books. This was the only autographed item he had for sale. He lives in Los Angeles. I have included 2 links. This is from his listing:

On May 3rd 2015 the Golden Apple comic book store in Los Angeles had a GOTHAM signing to promote the first season finale with two of the lead actors from the show.  David Mazouz who plays Bruce Wayne and Ben McKenzie who plays James Gordon.  The two actors greeted everyone and signed photos of themselves from the show.  Raffle tickets were also given out in the hopes that you could win some GOTHAM swag such as T-shirts and things.  I was the lucky one to win the grand prize, this Limited Edition GOTHAM poster signed by the entire cast.

Email Golden Apple and ask if this was the grand prize in their raffle at the signing. If this is the case their response email will serve you far better than anything that a 3rd party authenticator can offer.

When you email them.....finding out exactly how many they had would be pretty important, if they only raffled one piece.....yours isn't it.
