DC v Heller affirmed the individual right to possess a firearm and to use that arm for traditionally lawful purposes, such as self-defense within the home. Nothing about the constitutionality of limiting the number or arms an individual may own, nothing about ammunition, registration of gun owners, or background checks.

As a PSA/DNA consulting expert (February 2006-February 2009) whose signature appears on more than one PSA/DNA Letter of Authenticity authenticating a non-authentic non-sports signature that I was never shown, I can assure you that PSA/DNA will not reveal the examples used by the expert to render his decision on the Obama signature, nor will they ever reveal the name(s) of the expert(s) rendering the decision.

That's a huge PSA problem then. Sounds like they didn't learn a thing from their lawsuit loss to Bill Miller.

That's exactly correct regarding the Heller case. We can fight gun limit restrictions, ammo restrictions later. Hopefully, there will be better background checks, especially to address mental illness ( which has been ignored for far too long ).

To limit ammo is the easiest way for this Dictatorship to circumvent the 2nd Amendment.

I intend to continue to buy as many guns ( including more "assault rifles" ) and ammo as I can. Why? Because it's legal to do so, and mostly, because I CAN. It's what we "THE PEOPLE" can do......for now.

Why Obama won can be summed up as simply as this little story...

Billy and Jane were both running for class president.  When the time came for them to give their nomination speech Billy got up and told of how he would fight for new school books, extra tutor help after school, and better AV equipment so students could learn better.  Most of the children smiled and thought these were good things.  Then it was Jane's turn.  She got up and simply yelled "free ice cream for everyone if I win".  Wild screaming and applause.  Guess who won that election?
