PSA Phil Collins signed album fake or am I missing something?

I am in the market for a signed Phil Collins album for my son on his birthday in January. I've seen some pretty bad forgeries, and some good stuff on the market. My question is this- on amazon there was a Hello I Must Be Going album I want that is PSA stamped and certified going for 260ish. There isn't a picture of the COA itself on there, but I figure I would just look up the register on PSAs website...before I got to do that, I noticed the exact same PSA album for 315 sold by a different company. Still without any COA pictures. These two companies could be owned by the same people but...why would one price be different than the other? Am I missing something? I can't seem to use PSAs website on my mobile. Any ideas on what that's about? Am I just missing something here? I'm not able to access PSAs site, so does this album really exist? Is it registered? And who really owns it? Press Pass or Hollywood Collectables?

Also being sold on eBay so I just sent a message to the seller.

Have you seen my signed book chaperter and verse signed by Collins banks Rutherford and hacket plus a genuine peter Gabriel signed lamb CD cover certified by roger?.Great value.

I just took a look at it and thanks for offering but I'm in the market for genesis. My son is more into Phil solo than with genesis. I don't really go by one man authenticators. I'd rather buy through major companies. Any idea what this amazon this about? Havent gotten a response from the seller yet.
Typo. Not* in the market for genesis.

I believe that Press Pass, Hollywood Memorabilia and Iconic Memorabilia are all connected in some way. I see some of the same items being offered by all three, sometimes at the same time.

I didn't think Press Pass, Hollywood Memorabilia and Iconic were connected. I think that what RD has found is the same autograph consigned to all three sellers, subject to whoever sells it first. That's quite common. Autograph Pros sells a lot of their inventory that way.

It seems as though they have too many items in common for that to be the case. Also, Press Pass and Iconic are both located in Scottsdale, AZ. Hollywood Memorabilia offers a lot of the same Beatles items as Press Pass, but at higher prices. They could be drop shipping those items.

I could be wrong that there's no Press Pass and Iconic connection then. You can contact Jeff Woolf, the owner of Iconic, and ask him. HollywoodMemorabilia.com is still owned by the company that owns SportsMemorailia.com as far as I know, and they were not connected with Iconic.

BallroomDays, what exactly does drop shipping mean?

It's a way for a seller to make a profit on something they don't own by buying it at a lower price after the sale.
