Is the eBay seller quagmire-hobby-central  legit? Can someone check out the autographs they are selling and give me their opinion please. There are several I would like to bid on but would like to know everyones opinion first.

I would say avoid. Don't like the looks of some of his autographs.

There is nothing real here at all. The tiny pics hide the bad graphs and the bad COA placed over the signature in the 2nd pic should say everything that you need to know.
