I've never seen one framed with a letter before, but the framing and the hologram looks right. I doubt the autographs are actually hand signed.

Mike is correct. The signatures are real, however they may very well be no more than prints seeing as so many of these were found in hard rock cafes and private collections. Im pretty sure I've seen at least 2 other sets of the exact same autographs on the same paper but I can find a photo, so I can't say for absolutely sure. But I know absolutely nothing about their awards. I don't collect those.

It is an official RIAA award. I have a few awards. This must have been custom produced.
