Queen signed Night at the Opera at GHRR

Innuendo and fellow Queen experts, does this signed Night at the Opera album missing Brian May look legit?  It comes with a JSA LOA so I assume it's 100% as I trust them most of all TPA.

Genuine set. Missing Brian because this is when he was out with hepatitis during the American stretch of the tour. This is a promo signed item.

This was on Ebay a few months ago for about $2200 asking price.  Looks like the Tower Records signing session from 1976 in NYC when Brian was sick.
