Has  RACC  always been A closed group?

I looked them up but when you sign in .No Access.

How do you join . I hear them mentioned a lot.  Is there a trick or something.

I must admit I am not 100% Sicilian ,But I don't think that is the issue.

What am I Missing?

I think they run a great group. I am a member of RACC and believe in what they do as it’s a community that helps each other.

Just after using them for authentication I believe their lacking experience and knowledge in this field. Maybe after a few years or other authenticators working for them they could turn out to be a great system. Not just yet I’m afraid.

Sure its great connecting with collectors, no doubt. Their partly paparazzi trying to authenticate your graphs and they discredit the main tpa's who have been authenticating for decade's.

If you have as panel of 6 or more on ypur team and 1 or two say the graphs aren't authentic like this co. What do you have?

If any item Epperson has passed as authentic, perhaps he can answer why racc , autographscoa is failing them.

As everyone knows Roger is the best when it comes to music. PSA like wise with sports.

They should stick to what they know best and don’t try to authentic anything that’s signed by anyone. There’s a lot of celebrities out there and can’t be knowledgable in every signature.

Greig,

Did they fail all three of the Michael Jacksons you posted? Wascher thought 2 weren’t good and I agree, and I don’t know anyone who knows MJ’s autographs better.  Ask Roger about her if you want.

Roger may be right on the Thriller, but it’s not one that’s obviously good or bad.

The signed photo is one I think is definitely secretarial.

Post all the autographs that they failed so we can see for ourselves, and give you and them feedback. That’s the fair and valuable thing to do.

Got good feedback from her and I’m very greatful.

out of the few I sent one came back a definate. A newer one which could be genuine and the thriller one that she couldn’t be exact on due to the embellishment. Others were sadly fakes.

The one that was 100% AutographCoa said it wasn’t genuine.

What do you think about the thriller and the Billie Jean?

The Billie Jean is good in my opinion. I didn’t think AutographCOA was authenticating vintage MJs right now. Did they fail it or pass and refund?

I don’t trust the Thriller. I think it’s a good fake.

How many of the 20 that you sent to ACOA were Michael Jacksons?

They failed the Billie Jean

Reading through here just tells me what a cluster autograph authentication is.

"Michael Jackson ALWAYS does this when doing this..."

No. Just no.

Nobody always does anything.

I'll try to explain again as you seem to think it should be so easy.

Not all examples of someone's signature can be easily defined as Legit or Fake. Some discussions are needed between experts to find the answer.

Let me give you an example... I had a signed item that I needed authenticated. The sig looked good to me, but luckily I know the person who is the official authenticator for this celeb. Even he was stumped and sent the item to the artist himself who deemed it a Fake only because the item was something the artist would never sign as he does NOT officially endorse that product. And let me also say, that the artist is VERY strict on what he signs.

Hope this helps.

The real cluster part is battling against forgery's, which means some discussions take longer

That there are no hard rules is not even a hard rule, generally speaking with common sense.

Greig will you be submitting any more autographs to , autographscoa for authentication? If no why not your a dealer?
