Reagan forgery?

I'm wondering if the above might be a forgery? I've ruled out secretarial, but the first R looks slow drawn, the "a" is really strong, and the second R looks like a Ruth forgery... Also, that looks nothing like Reagan's standard California business card nor his personal governor business card.

I believe this is an Autopen.

it is not a forgery, it is Reagans signature, but likely an autopen as Steve indicates.
