Real or not? Bulls 3peat ball

I'm considering buying this bulls 3 peat ball from a private collector. He's an older guy, everything he has is either Steiner, upper deck, or field of dreams. He can't find the certificate for this, and has no idea where he got it from. He just knows it wasn't a big company, can you guys help me?

I mean, whats with the crappy pics,  why not take a nice full pic of the Jordan.  LOL.  From what I see of the Jordan sig, noway.  That M looks way off.  IMO

What an odd cropping job...just cuz all the other stuff he has came from legit companies doesn't mean this does. Hey even Coachs corner gets a few steiner and psa/dna items

Im gonna say the jordan doesn't look good in my opinion. Sorry bud but thank you for posting. It looks slowly drawn and there really isn't much difference at all in the letter thickness. I'm not seeing any flow or speed here.
