I'm sorry but I don't believe this is authentic. I'd ask Roger for a quick opinion then try to get my money back.

This doesn't look good to me either. The "NG" portion isn't correct.

Thanks guys. It seemed too good to be true... Thankfully I do have a Ringo autograph I got from him back when he signed through the mail. 

Unfortunately the seller doesn't offer returns (and was quite stern about this in the listing, which should have been a red flag) so I'm not sure how I will handle this.

How long ago did you buy it? PayPal won't back you up on this?

Regardless if the seller doesn't accept returns, you are protected since it is a not authentic.  Open a return/paypal dispute claiming it isn't authentic advertised.

I just messaged the seller and thankfully they were cool with canceling the order. Crisis averted!
