RM Real is the "authenticator" used by Anthony Nurse's Charity Fundraising Packages. I would contact the charity you got it from. You can read about them here:

From the autographs I've seen them authenticate, I don't consider them credible. But perhaps others have different opinions.

Try to get your money back -- I'm sure they will fight you on this but maybe if you get a lawyer to contact them for you the threaten to sue.  I believe the TV show Inside Edition did an expose on Anthony Nurse and his "charity auctions"  Should be online still if you do a Google Search.
