The first ad below for the signed book appeared in late April (couple of months ago)

The second ad for the "historic 'Tear Down This Wall' souvenir print" (different seller) appeared today (June 3)

I've been looking at the seller's autograph custom work pieces that have been verified by PSA and haven't seen an image yet on PSA's verification lookup.
