I have one Deluxe Signed Edition sitting in my shipito.com storage unit that I would give away. Sealed, not opened. From Books-A-Million. A German seller fulfilled my "backup purchase" against my expectations. This copy is more inexpensive for me to keep in comparison to the one from BAM, due to additional taxation.

I'm only asking what BAM charged me plus shipping/handling to your place from the warehouse in California (exact charges dependng on your location), I'm thinking about a US buyer. Message me if you're interested :)

Could provide all information from BAM and shipito regarding my order.

So these did end up in Europe after all? I bought and paid for the book with a reputable bookstore on the day it was supposed to be in stock, but they've since delayed my order to a yet unknown date saying these haven't been released here yet. They "expect" the publisher will still be delivering the copies. I'm not sure if I should wait or ask for my 500 euro back. Like you I have a backup copy sitting at my US forwarding address which would end up more expensive.

I believe this is an exception, so far. Don't know of any other European orders that actually shipped.

Well, we are in another COVID lockdown with the brick-and-mortar stores closed. If the bookstore goes under my 500 euro will be gone.

Has anyone who ordered from Amazon in Canada received their book yet?  I received an email in mid December that they were encountering delays and would ship as soon as possible but I have heard nothing further.
