and my copy arrived today too. No signed print to be seen! This is the third time in recent orders where the signed thing has not turned up and its getting flipping annoying!

That blows. I swear these fulfilment centres must hire chimps to pick the orders. And, often times, it’s next to impossible to get someone on the customer service side to sort it out in a timely manner, or at all. I shall keep my fingers crossed for you, but, given how quickly these sold out, I doubt they’ll have any spare prints left for situations like this. They should, of course, factor in a small overrun, but stock control seems to be a real issue with these businesses.

FYI, the print was loose within the cardboard package, placed on top of the LP, not sealed within the LP itself.

Good luck in fighting this one. Keep us updated on what happens.

After waiting a few days for a reply, I got some excellent service from a very apologetic Anya at backstreetmerch who arranged for another to be sent out which turned up safe and sound in a large poster tube yesterday :)
