I have been collecting Star Wars autographs since 1998.  Not all of my signatures are on Star Wars memorabilia.  For example, when I met Warwick Davis at a comic convention in New York City, I had him sign a Willow photograph.  I also have publicity photos of Sir Alec Guinness and Christopher Lee from the 1970s, and a Natalie Portman signed The Diary of Anne Frank theater poster from her performance on Broadway back in 1998.  My current wish list includes Peter Cushing, Terence Stamp and John Williams.  I am interested in knowing about the collections and wish lists of other members.

What should you have known better about Mike T?  Does anyone have any idea what she was referring to?

I agree Bradford.  It looks incredible.

My guess is that she doesnt like to add it because it makes it more valuable and she dosnt want people to profit off her autograph. It's a bit silly, and her logic is a bit backwards since she is the one making her autograph a commodity by charging me in the first place.

I think she was just having a bad day. Lord knows what kinds of meds she's on.
Are any of your familiar with this comic that David Prowse signed. I ordered it as a teenager in the early 90s. Looks authentic but really have no clue because I ordered it out of the back of a comic. He signed a limited number in gold and another batch in silver. Anybody familiar with it?

Great comic. I have that one myself (unsigned).

I gotta re-read that series one of these days. I think I have nearly the full run. I have a vague recollection of a man sized talking rabbit. Seemed cheesy even to a little kid at the time. Now, with the inexplicable success of Guardians of the Galaxy, I guess that kind of thing is popular now. :-)

Sorry for the poor image...but if you are gonna do it.....do it right!

In the middle of the Marvel Comics Star Wars series they did the Empire Strikes Back storyline. Once that was done they took the stories from the 4 issues and produced that Marvel Super Special as a stand alone version of ESB.

The signature is real.

Thanks, Pete.
I don't suppose his signature has evolved any throughout the years.

Dave is one of the guys who has kept his signature pretty much the same for decades, there have been times when he is signing mountains of stuff in a rush, letters may seem squished together but the overall form remains the same.

Impressive. They didn't offer me that version..haha.
