How long ago did you buy this and what is the return policy? Dylan for $349?
I found what I was looking for - absurd Pink Floyd - all 4 on a an LP Waters wasn't even on for $599. No attempt is even made to resemble the genuine articles.
Here is a link to this sellers "autographs" on Etsy...
I have doubts.
Jobs was notorious for hating autographs. To my knowledge he did not consistently apply inscriptions.
Also, the inscription may make sense on an incidental item was was signed for an employee while he was touring a plant perhaps. But it does not seem to make sense on the questioned item.
It's not an autograph I have studied extensively, but it does appear to be an authentication challenge due to his loose and wild signing style. Because he was such a reluctant signer, credible provenance may play a factor. Many examples that come to auction have reliable provenance through known individuals. This could be a five figure autograph... what seller in their right mind would sell it through etsy?
While this seems to be a fairly close replication, the circumstantial evidence does not weigh in its favor. Questionable source, too cheap... no provenance. I believe it is highly likely the questioned item is not authentic and was "inspired" by the first.
