Steven Tyler signed photo for making a donation

saw this on RACC Facebook page. Chat is that the minimum donation amount has doubled in price since last year ($50 to $100). I assume it’s legit. Not for me but someone here might be interested.

Yes, I got one last year. It was a pretty ok experience for the most part. I received a smudged signature, but the organisation quickly replaced it.

Website states - To participate, join our Janie’s Angels program with a monthly donation OR make a one-time donation of $100 or greater before December 31, 2021.

It states you can make any amount as a monthly donation to the fund. Does this mean you could sign up and effectively pay less than $100 by the time the signed photo is sent out or will it be sent out once you donation hits $100?
