Steve asked me to start a new thread since some were having a lot of issues with regards to whether or not the through the mail autographs of Jerry Lee Lewis are real or not.  I will post some examples of what we have been getting recently and some know in person examples.   These TTM signatures are not cheap.  You have to pay $50 for them to his box office box.  The question is are they real or not.  Roger has said that he has never seen Mr. Lewis sign this way and it looks to perfect - like a woman's signature.

Please post your thoughts here and examples.

thanks

Mark

The "Killer" inscriptions seem to match up well with the two that XP Autographs claims to have obtained in person. Jason Thanos seems to think pretty highly of him, calling him "an honest guy true gem in the game."

Thought you guys might get a kick out of this.

This is an actual item for sale by Simon Parr (who was recently banned from Live Auctioneers in the UK, and is now listing items on ukauctioneers.com - Jerry Lewis Dean Martin ).

Good God.

You know if he were still on the forum as "David" he would argue that he has proof this is real, and that he has some big name COA for it (prob Rare and Signed).  I saw it and just had to share. :)

It looks like this is the source?

Looks darn close.

Here's a JSA authenticated JLL (#R37052) followed by a PSA authenticated JLL and one that Mark Peterson received TTM in 2011 (same photo as the JSA example).

What's interesting is that there appears to be a very light "J" in the JSA example that's closer to the shape of the PSA "J". It looks like he wrote another "J" over the original one. Here's the full photo:

According to the seller, this signature was obtained after a performance at the Rochester Jazz Fest in 2007.

The JSA authenticated signed photo shows as having sold for $250.

Another JSA authenticated example from the same seller. Cert #R37051.

This seller apparently has a stack of JSA authenticated JLL signed photos with various inscriptions - "Killer", "Keep Rockin'", "Great Balls of Fire", etc.

Oops.
