Talk shop live Problems

Hello Everyone , I am extremely disgusted with talk shop live . There customer service is the worst of the worst . I had placed a order with them ,which was never received . I contacted them and they were unable to find the order in there system ,yet I was charged the amount on my cc . I ended up filing a dispute and they responded to the credit card company and said they would credit the amount back to me . So over 3 months ago . Today I am contacted by my CC Company informing me Talk Shop live DID Not credit the amount ,they said they would and I have to reopen the dispute ,even though talk shop live accepted responsibility and put that in writing with the original dispute . This company is not good as I have read other posts in regards to there shady practices

I got conformation from them today they will credit 20 percent back to my card due to the 4 signatures . good luck all , and awesome to those that got Tipton

I had an issue with the Ice T "signed" vinyl. I was so looking forward to it, it was paid for and shipped in less than a week, and received and I was more than disappointed to find out, in person, that it is fake.

I contacted Talk Shop Live and they said "We cannot issue a refund or replacement". So I opened a dispute with my card company. Typically I don't charge on that card, and it was my Chime "card". I submitted evidence that the autograph was fake, and after 30 days, Chime denied my dispute. That's strike 1 for me, for Chime as far as I'm concerned.

Then I reached back out to Talk Shop Live, and they said "The dispute is still visible on our end, until it falls off, we cannot issue a refund. This dragged out over 90 (NINETY) days. I just only RECENTLY got my refund. Lesson learned. I'm staying away from Talk Shop Live unless they have something I simply cannot do without. But I have passed on EVERYTHING since the Ice T debacle.

I emailed them two days ago asking for a refund on these autopens I received from Hilary Duff. Zero response as of now.

I stopped considering them as a viable source a long time ago. Id advise others to do the same.

At the very least buy it off Ebay when you can see what you get. Scalpers are getting a large percentage of offerings anyway. My 2 cents.

I have had very good luck with them in general. However, I have been waiting for a dispute to get resolved regarding the signatures. It was supposed to be signed by Johnny VZ and Rickey Medlocke. However, it was missing Rickey Medlocke's auto. They have responded to several inquiries and I have a dispute number, but no resolution. I realize it's not necessarily their fault, but maybe a refund is in order. It's been outstanding since July.
