This Amazon listing describes it as a preprint, and the autograph itself is an exact match to the one you posted:

Hope you are well?

A quick Google Images search for “premier gold autograph collection” reveals that this T Swiz item is part of a much larger series of repro display pieces: everyone from Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga to Queen and John Lennon.  I don’t have a problem with these when they are sold for what they are, at an appropriate price point, but the issues come further down the line, when some sleazebag on eBay tries to pass them off as the real thing.

This looks like a cheap money grab. A "real plectrum"...A "Set" - a set of what?
