I just had a look at my order confirmation.. 

140g vinyl with printed lnner. With signed print

I dont know what a lnner is, mispelling?? But I think people out there still don't know what a signed print is. Im guessing this is where they get confused. This does not mean they will be preprints

It most likely just means a printed inner sleeve.  As opposed to a plain, generic one.
