To me they look different and not as legible. See what others think. I applaud your search for period exemplars.

Slobodan,

Whether others agree with me or not, I'm sure that the autographs aren't real.

But it sounds like others think that they are real, including Roger, who knows Metallica better than I do. You know Roger loves them and several others think they're great too. You know I'm sure they're not real. And as Eric says, he doesn't really know Metallica.

If you're comfortable that they're real, buy them.

If you want to be absolutely sure beyond a doubt that they're real, consider waiting.

I am protected by paypal in next 6months so ill try get as much opinions as possible in that given period of time.

hopefully answers will be positive so i dont need to return item.

i REALLY appriciated everything what you said and gived as advise overhere and i learned a lot in meantime.

thx for that!

Have u tried contacting lars through face book or kurt . Do some band research

I did all of em no response :(

and i dont think they will :)

these were done in silver paint pen and those sucked back then ,they would exploded all the time while people tried to sign .

they look way to clean especialy for an album 25 years old .something says they were done yesterday

36 years I believe and they don't look it. Even 25...

I received today Creeping Death in silver/white sharpie signed in late 1984 early 1985 and its clean and nice will post photos later so we can check as well.

I spent years working with those pens so my opinion us based on actually have tons of people sign with those crappy pens

That is 35 years old? What was the source?
