Nice!
Is a signed insert with vinyl usually bigger than that of the CD? I don’t have a recordplayer, but a bigger print is nicer to display.
Thanks! You know, that is a good question. I never thought about that. I am strictly a CD collector and rarely buy vinyl anymore. I am not really sure if the size of the insert will be the same from ordering a CD or the vinyl. I would think the CD insert would be just that - size of a CD booklet. And, a vinyl insert would be just that - size of a record sleeve/jacket. Maybe someone else from the blog would know. Also, on another note, I wonder if Newbury will have a limited number of this new release up soon. If they do, it will be limited to 1 copy I am sure.
Where have you spotted a Van Morrison signed vinyl?
As for your question, that's different. From experience, I would say an "art card" is usually CD size, corresponding "inserts" are usually based on the album format. Sometimes the size can be seen in the product photo.
JPC had a signed vinyl option earlier, its now unavailable. Here was the description:
Van Morrison
Latest Record Project Vol. 1 (Limited Edition) (+ signiertem Insert, exklusiv für jpc!)
Medium: 3 LPs
Thx, great option @ JPC!
Thanks for this tip. Were your previous experiences authentic, non-autopenned? I just can't believe he will sign all these himself. Anyone else?
there are available signed items in his store and shipping works perfectly for orders outside the UK. Have ordered the signed lyrics sheet bundle LP
Ken,
It was easy, reasonable and painless to order from the below JPC - Germany link.
Maybe try that instead of Amazon U.K. and/or his store
