This is almost as bad as Banquet, zero response, zero feedback.
I just received a full refund from UMUK store support. And never returned any of my order. I think my message to them came across pretty clear.
Not at all.
It would be nice if those dodgy devils @ Banquet would do the same.
I tooo Received a refund.. got to keep the vinyl. score.
Just got the refund but keep the vinyl message too after sending them a chaser message earlier today. That'll do :)
Messaged store this morning and got the following reply:
Thank you for your patience on this matter.
I can confirm that this has been checked by the relevant team and all orders that included the signed print will now be refunded in full.
I can confirm that your refund has now been issued.
Please allow up to 3-5 working days for the transaction to show in the account you used to place the original order.
We're very sorry that the product did not meet your expectations.
