What do people think of this Lennon?

Story is this: "This was given to my aunt and signed on 8/12/80 after a photo shoot w/ Bob Gruen.  My aunt was friends with Bob.  It was given to me in 1990 and I've had it framed for the last couple of years.  I have other known examples below the signature for comparison as the signature is abbreviated but I know it to be authentic.  Never had it checked out due to the fact that my aunt obtained it."

i know bob and if ur aunt was friends with bob as u say .hes very reachable still today have him write some documintation up.hes really nice that will help the vaulue probaly double alone.

Having looked at post-71 Lennons until blue in the face (following the purchase of something purportedly signed by Lennon in the 70s) I have to say the "J" and its connection to the "o" look odd to me, but that is not to say that it cannot be real. 

Some better quality images of the item itself might be helpful.
