AutographLive will be buggy tonight while we test code we're developing for it. Everything should work fine within the next 3-5 hours.

What do you make of this 1961 signed Judy Garland color image? JSA LOA sicker on card.

All opinions most welcome!

Thank you.

Of the Big Three, JSA is the worst by far. Particularly on Music and Entertainment. I don’t know Garland but I’d keep that in mind.

I only the mentioned the papers. They mean nothing to me. It appears a fine ballpoint 1961 signature

Who told you that?

My 30+ years of dealing with Jimmy Spence going back to when he was a one man show in Orwigsburg.

For comparison:

Your conclusion please?

I’ll be interested to hear his thoughts. They don’t look remotely the same to me.

How so?

I was just looking at a program signed in 1961 and a couple of contract signatures from that year.  I've just found that she's one that you've got to be cautious with because of her continued desirability.

I wouldn't recommend the OP.  It's achingly drawn to my eyes.  The ink itself looks a bit odd to me as well.  With respect, I'd agree with Doug's point that a letter from JSA shouldn't be a determinate here.

This would be an IP. Please, see the other two.

Thank you  most sincerely,

ERic.

Here's an in-person from 1961 that I feel more comfortable with (excuse the poor quality, but hopefully the fundamentals can be seen):
