All Star shortstop Derek Jeter of the New York Yankees has autographed this official major league baseball in Blue ink. This is a great collectible for anyone! Derek Jeter will for sure be in the hall of fame and will always be remembered as one of the greatest Yankees of all time. GAI has got a bad reputation as an authentication recently but not Steve Sipe. Steve Sipe is the one that has authenticated this ball so you know it is real. Typical GAI Jeter forgery. Just another eBay seller trying to make their buyers feel more "comfortable" buying their junk forgeries.

He removed that one quick. I guess ebay could have removed it, but considering their history recently, i doubt that. Im guessing he saw this post. Hopefully someone saved the image and can post, b/c it will undoubtedly be up again for auction.

This isn't the exact ball, but this is an example of a GAI Jeter forgery exactly like this listing.

One thing that cracks me up about these moron sellers and their horrible forgeries is their deemed "value" of their items! 

$950? Really?! You can get a JSA/PSA DNA certed AUTHENTIC one for $299-$375 all day.

Sure, you could also get a Steiner -- first person supervised signing -- for much less.

Asking $950... but if you offered $150 I bet they'd take the money and run.
