that's a sweet deal!   Maris is one of the next ones I'd like to get

Great plan.  Congratulations David.

the last signs that I got are from various football players (soccer). the best: Teofilo Gutierrez from the national team of Colombia signed my jersey of River Plate, and the other one (remember the name because he will be a legend probabily) Eder Alvarez Balanta, colombian defender that was part of the team the last friendly matches but he didn't play.

Last month I picked up this signed Michael Jackson PSA 8x10 from ebay.

I also picked up this Neil Armstrong PSA Cut in a trade.

Picked this up today for $20....AAU James Sullivan Award (Amateur Athletes) Dinner Program - 1988 - Florence Griffith Joyner, Al Joyner,  Roy Jones Jr., Bonnie Blair, Brian Boitano, Janet Evans, and a couple others.   Usually just collect Baseball & some football....but for $20, I thought what the heck.  even comes with a dirty napkin!

Hey guys,

Thought id share a very recent addition to my collection. In fact i havent even received it yet, but am really excited about it, so wanted to post some pics.

I collect chiefly old blues musicians, with an emphasis on the great blues guitarists, so youd think that i would have had a Muddy Waters in my collection by now. But it has one i just never came across that i thought was the right item for me. Muddy autographs are out there to be had, and come up on the market fairly often, but they are just so expensive. He is probably one of the most highly sought after blues autographs in the world. Even cut signatures nowadays go for 2 to 3 hundred. Signed pics seem to always go for between 4 and 6 hundred, and signed LPs, in great condition sometimes go into the 4 figures.

But i decided that with the abundance of Muddy sigs out there that come to market, that i could afford to wait for a cheap one, no matter how bad i was drooling over one. So a couple of days ago a true gem came to market on ebay. It is a signed Blues Deluxe LP in near perfect condition, signed by several blues titans including Muddy Waters, Willie Dixon, Ko Ko Taylor, Mighty Joe Young (who is quite rare in his own rite), Son Seals and Lonnie Brooks. The only real detractor was that the girl who got the graphs also signed the front, lol. She said she got it when she was 21 and thought her signature was cool and so put it on the album as well. I honestly could care less and it blends in quite nice. It might hurt the items value slightly when it sells when i am dead and gone, but not all that much.

And the best part was that i think i got it for a steal. It had a BIN of 350 dollars. Muddy autographed LPs alone go for more than that, typically double that. Then add in the other signatures. I love it and am glad to finally have Muddy in my collection. Ive had a large exemplar file on him for years, so i can now add mine to it.

First time I ever won anything decent from a Fantasy Football League.

Finally added a Mariano Rivera baseball to my collection courtesy of Erich Jerozal

Nice earlier sig. Probably 2000 give or take a year.

Thats awesome, I'm very pleased with it

Very happy to recently add this piece:
