It might depend on the artist. For the most part, yes it's authentic. Many good companies have signed CD and vinyl deals to help promote upcoming albums, and Amazon is one of them. That being said, a few country artists have been known to use an autopen on their "signed" items. I think these types of issues overall are a relative minority.

But I am confused a bit because there is a lot of piece in stock of this signed copy and it is really cheap... 9.99 GBP. I do not know...

I don't think there's much to worry about. Many artists sell signed promotions for that low - even big names like Halsey were selling authentic signed CDs for that low. Dua Lipa signed vinyl was 17 GBP through Amazon UK last year.

its called a loss leader . they try to get position on the charts wich leads to radio airplay 

that why musicians sell signed cds its a market strategy

I got Alice Cooper on the Hollywood Vampires cd from Amazon and it is a good signature, but I agree it depends on the artist and their management.
