paint markers been around for many years....I have been using them since the late 80's on art projects

I was also using them in the late 80's for NASCAR autographs. They were the type that were thick and took a ton of shaking. After 20 years, the silver and gold still shines.

When I started collecting autographs 1984, I was using silver or gold pens. So they have been around for a while.

Were Silver Metallic Markers available in the late 60's and early 70's??

I have an autographed album which I expect was signed 1977~1979. Is it possible gold markers were around then?
