Who is Jon scarborough of J.S. Sports Investments?

I was unable to find anything about this guy or company and I'm a certified google searcher. It seems he coa's slot of stuff but I ? His judgement on autographs. Please let me know what you know about him.

Very happy you got a refund!!!  It pays to be persistent and aggressive towards sellers of forgeries!!!

My attorney says that it is Easton's responsibility to verify authenticity of the J.S. products and certrificates.
