Caught 2 eBay sellers in blatant lies today about how they acquired their items
First is this pair of signed Michael Jordan 1985 shoes with asking price of 100k.
He said he's had them for years and that I'm an idiot if I think they sold for 400 a few weeks back

My bad. I was wrong...he picked them up for 385

Then this guy is selling these shoes he "thinks" Jordan wore even though they are too small. Says they've never been for sale publicly and were obtained by a friend of MJ...except I found the original listing where it says they were found in a storage locker lol

Why lie about that stuff when you can easily find out the truth?

I'm tired of seeing these eBay listings from crooks (as I know everyone else here is). It only makes sense that eBay wouldn't take any action, on their own, to rake in the commission fees. However, besides calling these a-holes out and reporting them, there must be something more we can all do. I know there's not too much more at the moment we can do, but I'd like to see legal consequences upon selling knowingly fake/forged autographs, besides civil court action. Sorry ya'll, it just p***** me off to no end. Rant over. Keep up the good work everyone! We are the ones who will make what we want to see happen a reality with the persistent dedication.

I have had a number of emails thru ebay explaining to Mr Scott Schwartz that i believed that his Heston was a secretarial signature.

He is very upset that myself and members on this site have nothing better to do than attack good and decent people who are only trying to make an honest living thru selling 'in person' collected autographs on ebay.

Mr Schwartz collected this signature in person from a private signing that was held in either 1994 or 2000 (he is not really sure of the year) along with a heap of other in person signed autographs from Mr Heston.

He is also extremely upset that persons have posted photos of himself and Mr. Heston that proves that the autograph is a real autograph supplied by Mr. Heston and he has demanded that I take the photo down ( i did not post it so I cannot do this!!)

Mr Zipper's signature study of Heston's autos is obviously incorrect as Mr Schwartz was standing across the table form Mr Heston when he signed the photo and so he knows that it is good and real.

He also believes that it is nobody else's business what Heston autos he has and what he does with them and if he wants to sell them on ebay he can.

So, please stop talking about his Heston's or he will tell ebay on both you and me.

I apologise to Mr Schwartz for ever doubting his word and would request that Mr Zipper amend his Heston Signature Study to recognise that all "CHALL's" are secretarial apart from the ones that Mr Schwartz obtained in person from Mr Heston in 1994 or 2000.

My thanks to this site and its members for their understanding in this matter

Thanks

Lol, nice one Grant.

Just because you played a minor role when you were a child in a beloved movie, doesnt mean you can get away with selling a questionable item. Why doesnt he just come here himself and defend the item, thats what i want to know.  He will be treated like anyone else, and if the autograph is indeed authentic, then he should have nothing to hide and his arguments will be solid, and he will prove his case.

This is probably one of the worst liars out.
Take a look and give me your opinions on what I should do
Thanks

Looks like the 100k shoes AND account of the seller have been deleted by eBay
