None this year, our awesome community shared some incredible finds and I got all the ones that interested me!

I kept my promise to my wife and Jason H that I was pulling back on purchasing, as my autograph collection now completely fills the walls in my Music/Autograph room!

I always remain on the lookout for an Axl Rose or Elvis Presley :)

So...now it's your turn.... 2024: WHAT WERE YOUR TOP GETS? MISSES?

Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Holidays, Happy New Year...See you in 2025 !!!

Just added Foster The People autographed "Paradise State of Mind" CD to my GETS list.

I'm late to the dance on this one as  Steve81 posted it back in May and I already had their autographs.

But for less than $20 and still available, I finally pulled the trigger.

I was just thinking that I should have added to this "MY WISH LIST FOR 2025".

Mine would be Axl Rose and an additional Ringo Starr.

Axl finally got his Solo website up in 2024, and there are rumours of a solo project soon....fingers crossed.

Ringo Starr will release his new solo album and CD "Look Up" on January 10, 2025.

Ringo signing albums and CDs is a long shot...but hey, you never know. Going to keep an eye out :)

First I would like to thank all the contributors to this amazing forum - great tips this year for signed vinyl records (mostly art cards):

Bonnie Tyler, Alice Cooper (School’s out and Billion dollar babies), Beth Gibbons, Justice (CD), Tori Amos (live but also poached Unrepentant Geraldines), Dua Lipa, Billie Eilish, Samara Joy, Halsey, Tears For Fears, and waiting now for Lisa Gerrard (Gladiator). Also Taylor Swift and Mark Knopfler (but on EBay as I missed them when they went live).
Snoop Dog arriving shortly but might be a miss if it is a fake…

Other catches from eBay/auctions sites: Roger Waters (The Wall, PSA), Tori Amos (under the pink, little earthquakes, she is amazing), Mdou Moctar (I have been hunting him, amazing guitar: Afela, Afrique Victime, Funeral for justice, Ilana, his movie soundtrack), Molchat Doma (their first three albums, Belarusian new / cold wave, and it is good), Pylon (a forgotten new wave 80s band from Georgia that should have continued: Gyrate, Chomp), Kesha (gag order: try Hate Me Harder, should have become a classic), Iggy Pop (Lust for Life), Tyla, Japanese Breakfast’s Jubilee, Pamela Des Barres (7´ with a perfumed envelope :-), Lorena McKennitt (the book of secrets, Live in Paris), Ahmad Jamal (at the Pershing, Alhambra), Leo Ferre chante Aragon (French singer, sadly forgotten), and a few LPs which I hope are authentic (relying on my gut feelings: The Marshall Mathers LP; U2’s songs of innocence by all four, the Joshua tree (without the Edge), the unforgettable fire (Bono and inscribed by the Edge).

Happy holidays and happy hunting in 2025!

Nice collecting and GETS  Plenex !!!
